Summary

Adds a portable, SSH-friendly Docker Compose TUI for converting audiobook MP3 sources into chapterized M4B files.

Features

  • Multi-file MP3 merge and single-MP3 conversion
  • m4b-tool 0.5.2 conversion engine
  • Embedded-title, filename, and chapters.txt chapter modes
  • Optional unauthenticated Audnexus ASIN enrichment
  • Manual CONVERT, REVIEW, and cleanup confirmations
  • Pending, ready, done, and review filesystem states
  • Collision-safe output publication and recovery handling
  • Numeric UID/GID Docker execution
  • Enterprise-D setup and acceptance documentation

  • 166 source tests passing
  • 166 extracted-release tests passing
  • Python compilation and shell syntax checks passing

Pending before merge

Docker was unavailable on the authoring desktop. Complete these checks on Enterprise-D:

  • docker compose config
  • Build pinned image
  • Run doctor
  • Run synthetic container smoke conversion
  • Verify SSH TTY behavior
  • Verify mounted-path visibility and file ownership
  • Test real audiobook conversion
  • Test Ctrl-C recovery
  • Verify pending → ready/done/review transitions
